How genfisher works.

From a 3-field onboarding form to a live AI content hub in 5 business days. Here's the complete picture — what we build, how we deploy it, and why it generates leads from AI search.

AI search is the biggest shift in B2B buyer behaviour since Google.

In 2025, AI-referred traffic tripled. ChatGPT now has 900 million weekly active users. Google AI Overviews appear on 25% of all searches and reach 2 billion people monthly. When a B2B buyer asks ChatGPT "best recruitment agencies in Manchester", Perplexity "which project management SaaS is good for construction companies", or Claude for a vendor shortlist, the AI engine gives them a list.

The businesses on that list are not there because they have the most backlinks or the highest domain authority. They're there because they have pages specifically structured for LLM consumption — pages that answer the exact questions being asked, in the format AI engines prefer to cite.

Most B2B businesses have none of those pages. genfisher builds them.

The complete genfisher process.

01

Day 1

Onboarding: 3 fields, 3 minutes.

You provide: your business name, your website URL, and your industry. That's it. The onboarding system scrapes up to 100 pages of your website and automatically extracts: your products and services, your buyer profile, your brand colours and fonts, your logo, your tone of voice, and your geographic focus. This becomes your Brand Knowledge — the foundation for everything the system generates.

02

Day 2

AI content plan: generated and approved in 24 hours.

Using your Brand Knowledge plus DataForSEO search volume data and AI query pattern analysis — the actual questions your buyers are asking AI engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Claude — the system generates a full keyword and topic plan. You see the planned pages before any content is generated. Approve the plan (or let it auto-proceed) and generation begins.

03

Days 3–4

Content generation: AI-written, quality-refined.

Each page is generated by AI and then passed through our de-LLM'ization pipeline — a multi-stage quality process that grounds the content in your Brand Knowledge, calibrates the voice against your website's existing tone, and removes the flat, generic quality of unrefined AI output. The result is content that reads like it was written by a knowledgeable writer who understands your business.

04

Days 3–4

Visual assets: branded images on every page.

Every page includes a custom illustration generated using a visual identity profile built from your brand colours, font style, and industry context. Your hub looks like yours. Pages are not illustrated with stock photography or generic AI art.

05

Day 5

Deployment: live on your website.

We deploy to a subdomain (e.g., insights.yourdomain.com), a subdirectory (e.g., yourdomain.com/insights/), or directly into your Webflow or WordPress CMS. For subdomain delivery: you add one CNAME record. For subdirectory delivery: we set up a Cloudflare Worker or equivalent reverse proxy. For CMS connector: you authorise the integration. Pages publish on a front-loaded drip schedule.

06

From Week 2

AI citation tracking: evidence from week 1.

We run citation checks across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and other leading AI engines using your page topics as query seeds. As your content gets indexed and cited, citation counts appear in your dashboard and are shown in the top bar on every page. In the early months, you also see AI crawler activity — evidence that the engines are finding and consuming your content even before formal citations are confirmed.

07

Ongoing

Lead capture: contextual forms on every page.

Each page has an embedded lead form matched to the intent of that page — not a generic contact form. A page targeting "best accounting software for law firms" has a form asking about the reader's law firm size and current accounting setup. Leads are stored in your dashboard and emailed to you immediately. Over time, your lead channel compounds with every new page published.

Works on any website. Setup takes minutes, not days.

Subdomain delivery

insights.yourdomain.com

You add one CNAME record to your domain's DNS. Takes 2 minutes. Works on any website, any hosting, any platform. Recommended for the fastest go-live.

Difficulty: Easy

Subdirectory delivery

yourdomain.com/insights/

Content serves from your root domain path — the best option for SEO link equity. Requires a Cloudflare Worker or equivalent reverse proxy. We configure it for you.

Difficulty: Moderate

CMS connector

Content pushed into your existing CMS

For Webflow and WordPress: genfisher pushes pages directly into your CMS via API. Content renders using your existing design system. No extra subdomain or DNS changes needed.

Difficulty: Easy (with connector)

"Is AI content any good?" Here's our honest answer.

Raw AI content is generic, flat, and easy to spot. We know this because we've read thousands of AI-generated articles. Unrefined AI output sounds like it was written by someone who knew the topic existed but had never actually worked in the industry. That content doesn't get cited by AI engines. It certainly doesn't build trust with the buyers who read it.

genfisher's pipeline does something different. Every page is generated using your Brand Knowledge as the source of truth for your specific products, services, pricing, geographic focus, and tone of voice. The generation process is grounded in data your business has already published — not invented. Then the content goes through a de-LLM'ization stage that specifically identifies and rewrites the markers of generic AI output: the vague generalisations, the hollow transitions, the over-hedged claims.

The result is content that reads as if it was written by a competent freelancer who did their research. Not literary journalism — but clear, specific, credible writing that answers the question the page was created to answer. That's exactly what AI engines cite, and it's exactly what AI-referred buyers need to land on before they convert.

"Our content pipeline is the same one we use on genfisher.com. The /insights articles you're reading were generated using the same process we run for every client. Judge the quality yourself."

What to expect in your first 90 days.

Month 1

Hub live. Pages publishing. AI engines indexing.

Your content hub goes live within 5 business days. Pages publish on a drip schedule — the majority in the first 30 days. You can see AI crawlers visiting your pages in the citation dashboard. Citations are not confirmed yet, but the indexing process has begun.

Month 2

First citations. Early traffic.

AI engines begin citing your pages in responses to relevant queries. You start seeing AI-referred traffic in analytics. Citation counts appear in your dashboard. Lead volumes are low — this is the compounding phase.

Month 3+

Compounding citations. Leads arriving.

New citations compound existing ones. Monthly content additions keep the momentum building. You see a growing number of AI-referred visitors landing on intent-matched pages and converting via the embedded lead forms. Lead volume grows with every new page published.

These timelines are typical, not guaranteed. Compounding speed depends on your industry's AI search volume, the quality of your Brand Knowledge, and the velocity of AI crawler indexing for your domain. We set explicit 30/60/90/180-day expectations during onboarding.
